Viewer overhaul, minimap, and special offers
September was the biggest single viewer release so far. Most of the public-facing experience was rewritten, and by the end of the month several new things had landed on top of it.
Rebuilt viewer experience
The viewer went through two redesigns in quick succession. The result is a cleaner sidebar layout that respects dark mode, with tidier unit details, a properly sized summary, and a new set of zoom controls. Full-screen mode works now. On mobile, touch gestures were corrected, the layout adapts to smaller screens, and hotspot names always show without a tap.
The 360 viewer got the same treatment. Navigation hotspots now show an arrow so it's obvious which direction you're stepping toward, and images load more smoothly and use less memory.
Floor-plan minimap in 360 tours
When browsing a 360 tour, a minimap now shows the interactive floor plan alongside the panorama. Buyers can see where they are in the building while looking around a room. The minimap has its own zoom controls and works well on mobile.
Points of interest
You can now attach points of interest to a floor plan. Each one shows as a marker, and tapping it opens a detail overlay. The same works inside 360 panoramas, so you can call out a specific spot in a room, like a view or a finish detail.
Special offers filter
Units marked as promotions now stand out in the list, and buyers can filter to show only units with an active special offer. The existing filters are more reliable too. Filter counts update correctly, and your selection sticks when you switch between the list and detail views.
VoxDeveloper lead registration
Inquiries submitted through the viewer are now registered as leads in VoxDeveloper. This was the last piece of the CRM integration. Availability and pricing already synced in; now the buyer-side flow closes the loop automatically.
