The first build of YourNextHome#

Every product starts somewhere. Ours started in October 2023, and those early months went into getting the bones right rather than anything you'd actually see on screen.

We worked out how the platform describes the things it revolves around: organizations, the properties they manage, the apartments inside them, and the people who enquire about a listing. The first version of the virtual walk took shape here too, as panoramas linked into a path you could move through. That structure is what later grew into the 360 tours.

What landed in this period:

• The way a development is described from the ground up: organizations, properties, apartments, and property views, set up so the information could grow and change safely over time.
• User accounts and a first inquiry flow, so a visitor could ask about a listing and reach the right team.
• The start of the virtual walk: panoramas connected into a path you could move through.
• Automated checks across the whole platform, because we'd rather catch breakage before you do.

None of it was glamorous. It's the foundation everything since has been built on.
